Pasta by jayden


Here I am making a lovely Cabanara sauce to go with some freshly made pasta that Jodie and I made earlier in the day.

The sauce has cream, bacon, shallots, eggs and parmesan cheese...I love pasta

Sausage Rolls anyone?


Yum, Is there anyone who doesn't love a home made sausage roll. Crispy pastry, tasty filling that is not greasy and of course, of decent size.

A dollop of tomato sauce and they make make a great Saturday afternoon lunch or snack.Back soon with the recipe

Really Home Made...

An over used line these days really don't you think, so we are only going to blog about stuff we make here in our home with our own hands. It helps having a chef in the family in Jods, but I'm not bad myself, and our 10 year old son has been cooking since he was three
